Recently rented a property via Martin & Co and I couldn't fault them. The Sunderland team have been amazing. We moved out of a property and moved into a property under management of Martin & Co, the situation could have easily became rather confusing and difficult however the staff particularly Sarah and Regan were amazing. Very professional and friendly, Sarah went out of her way to accommodate us and ensure we knew what was going on. We were kept up to date on all stages and moved into our new home within a week of our first viewing. I would highly recommend using Martin & Co, they are most definitely the best estate agent we have ever used.
The staff go above and beyond to help. They are excellent at their job, very friendly and easy to talk with. No problem is to much for them to sort out.

I moved a number of properties to Belvoir, Sunderland earlier this year from another agent. The service I have received has been exceptionally friendly and professional and all quotes for any work are always very reasonable. When Eight Estates were instructed to act on our behalf, Riki and Benjamin’s communication was excellent, not pushy just professional, friendly and polite. Following the valuation, the property details were quickly agreed, along with marketing photos and floor plans. The property details went live on Rightmove on the Monday and we had a full asking price offer on the Friday morning.
